The story is simple...BEVIN RUSSO, a born and bred Southern Cypress Island Coon-Ass from the deep-deep part of Louisiana, also known as the 'Heart of Acadiana' moved to Houston to begin his "concrete jungle" life.
Cooking has always been a BIG part of his past time and his passion for food is undeniable. He has a natural ability to cook authentic country cajun dishes that are absolutely incredible. This is not your everyday fast-food type quality. There is heart and dedication behind his cooking and you will feel that in every bite!
